Evangelist Fannie Ivy Christian journey began at a very early age while attending New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, IL under the leadership of the late Rev. Troy L Kates Sr. While at New Hope, Evangelist Ivy said "yes" to ministry while serving in the choir, usher board, Sunday School teacher and secretary along with various other roles. She was licensed by Rev Kates as an Evangelist where she continued to serve, teach, and preach. After much prayer, and with Rev Kates' blessings, Evangelist Ivy and her son Andre transferred their membership to Victory Apostolic Church, Matteson IL (formerly Chicago Heights) in 2006 to continue learning and training under the leadership of Senior Pastor Andrew D Singleton Jr. Evangelist Ivy is a licensed minister with the Victory Association currently servicing with the Ministerial Alliance. She is also a Christian Education Instructor, Chaplain for the Single's Ministry, Victory Community Outreach Ministry leadership team, Homeless Ministry and Credentialing Administrator for the Victory Association. Evangelist Ivy feels blessed beyond measure to have her son Andre, daughter—in-love T'era, grandchildren Kaliah, Andre Jr, and Gabrielle share in the Victory worship experience as a family. Evangelist Ivy holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University- Magna Cum Laude, Dean' List and Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges. She also received a MS in Organizational Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success Sigma Alpha Pi Chapter and received the Engaged Leader Award. Evangelist Ivy believes knowledge is power that she owns and no one can take it away. Evangelist has been employed at Signode for over 20 years as a Senior Customer Service Representative, Logistics Coordinator, Inside Sales, Customs Coordinator, Inventory Management and current role as Buyer. Evangelist Ivy is also a proud member of Delta Psi Epsilon Christian Sorority, Inc. Alpha Omega Chapter. "If I can help somebody" by Rev Timothy Wright describes Evangelist Ivy will and desire to serve. She thanks God for the opportunity to have traveled to Israel on a pilgrimage where she walked the Via Dela Rosa Raod, experienced praise and worship in the Upper Room and sailed on the Sea of Galilee in 2018. In 2019, Evangelist Ivy was the youth speaker and appointed VBS lead while on a mission trip in Belize. Evangelist Ivy is truly humbled by the movement of God in her life as she continues to serve.
