Reverend Sheila Tolbert is an Ordained Minister, Preacher, Teacher, Award-Winning Author, Community Chaplain, and Biblical Life Coach.

Sheila was installed as an Ordained Minister by Senior Pastor, Andrew Singleton at Victory Apostolic Church in Matteson, IL in 2015. Sheila was an active member of the Ministerial Alliance and the Ministerial Credentialing Committee. She also served three years as a Youth/Teen Ministry Leader in which she was the Co-Founder and Director of the Silver Ring Thing Ministry which focused on Teen Abstinence and she served as a Sunday School Teacher. Prior to joining Victory, she was a faithful servant at the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago for twenty-five years where she served as a Youth/Teen Ministry Leader for 15 years under the tutor ledge of Bishop Arthur M. Brazier.

Sheila is a graduate from Palmer Theological Seminary in which she earned the Masters of Theological Studies Degree. Sheila completed her ministerial training via the Apostolic Church of God – Systematic Ministry Program and Victory Association. She has also acquired her Ministerial Diploma from Kingdom University – School of Ministry under the leadership of Dr. Cindy Trimm.

Sheila is the CEO of Sheila Tolbert Ministries, Inc. which is a 501c3 organization which focuses on the spiritual transformation of men and women through sustainable programs which fund Kingdom projects in the areas of Homelessness, World Hunger, Domestic Violence, and Human Trafficking!

Professionally, Sheila is a Training and Development Professional who possesses a Masters of Education in Corporate Training and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University of Chicago. Sheila is honored and humbled to have been chosen by God to serve and minister to His people. Sheila has a passion for her family, and she thanks God daily for their support of her as she does the work of the Lord in His Kingdom.
